"This was working great. But now when I try to view on the app it just spins around saying downloading. And via the website it says cannot view as document has been deleted, even the appointments I've already been to. I have a new document on their that's a hospital appointment that I can't view so have no idea what it is and will have to spend Monday on the phone to the hospital trying to find out. Useless."

"Poor what else can I say, cannot add new senders nowhere to be found is a menu to guide you. I will get rid I think and NHS will have the expense of sending letters. This app just doesn't cut the mustard. Terrible, and difficult to understand."
